Golden Rule of Curtain Cleaning
Cleaning does not cause UV damage—it merely reveals pre-existing fiber breakdown by removing accumulated surface dust and soil.

Workshop Standard Assessment Protocol
1. Pre-Inspection
Check linings along sun folds and sill lines for stiffness, tackiness, or discolouration before washing.
2. Client Consultation
Contact client immediately if high risk (burnt thermal, fragile cotton) is detected to discuss outcomes.
3. Relining Service
Provide relining quote if face fabric is intact, extending curtain lifespan cleanly and safely.
