Take Down Service
Take-down (callout) Service
Our technician will come to your house, take down your window dressings and re-hang them once restoration is complete. This service is not available to all areas so please check with your local store.
1) Phone or email us and we will make an appointment that suits for our technician to come to your property.
2) Our technician will come and collect your curtains or blinds and bring them back to our Greerton workshop for cleaning. We will arrange a suitable time for them to be returned once clean and restored.
3) Our technician re-hangs your window dressings for you and completes any additional repairs at site.
Arranging for a Take-down Service
There is no minimum or maximum amount to qualify for this service.
Our standard turn around time is 3-5 working days. We service the wider Bay of Plenty area – if we don’t service you, don’t worry – we will find someone who can.
Repairs and Alterations
If you require alterations to the curtain(s) or specific repairs made please include this on the information sheet.
If you require new linings on the curtains, please tell us what type of lining and we will advise you of the price before proceeding.
The account number is included on any invoice we send via Email.
An email will be sent to you once the curtains have been priced and the curtains will be dispatched on payment.

If our technician is carrying out repairs on site, the callout fee plus parts and labour apply.
We will advise a price before cleaning. Any estimates given by phone or email prior to measuring are subject to confirmation once received in our workshop.
