Replacing head tape (per drop): Prices for PREM2 & PREM3 include removal of existing head tape, attaching new head tape, gathering the heads and hooking.

PREM2= $30.00 (Head tape included)

PREM3= $35.00 (Head tape included)

Replacement buckram (per drop): $70.00 including the buckram

Replacement linings (Full reline): Making cost $150 per drop + material. This is the expensive option of the two. We deconstruct the heading of the curtain completely to remove the lining. We clean the fabric only. Once cleaned we then reconstruct the curtain with the lining sewn back into the fabric. This option is costly because of the amount of work required and the overall finish is to a high standard.

Replacement linings (Detachable option): Making cost $100 per drop + material. This option is the cheaper of the two. We simply cut the lining off nice and tidily and add a new lining on top. This option allows the lining to be removed for future cleaning.

I brought the curtains in because they had a odor from a previous tentant. I was told because the curtains were reasonably new and not dirty, the Cleaning cost would be minimal,30-40 percent cheaper than buying new curtains.

However when I collected them ,the cost was very expensive at $216, which was double what I originally paid for the curtains.

As you can imagine it was a shock to receive such a high bill.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? From the moment I spoke to Nikki at Curtain Clean to the moment my curtains came back, everything was impeccable. Years of mould, mildew and soot from my woodburner have been removed from my drapes and roman blinds. The icing on the cake was the fact that the backing and curtain fabric have been re-aligned so that they hang beautifully again, and the cords on my roman blinds have also been replaced. It was well worth the cost. Everything looks brand new again and I can't thank Curtain Clean enough for their expertise and attention to detail.

I have had my curtains cleaned twice now. I am impressed with the staff and the professional way they deal with customers. Nothing is too much trouble. I had new linings made and the curtains even though they were over 20 years old have come up looking like brand new. will use them again in the future.

This company provides 5* service. My initial phone call was met with courteous and accurate information. They gave me an estimate within a couple of days. We made a time I could collect the curtains. The people in the office were welcoming. I hung the curtains when I got home and they are 'as new'. No odour. Thanks! Will definitely use you again.

I am astounded at the magnificent job Curtain Clean Tauranga has done. My taffetas are beautiful again and they even got a red dye stain out of my dining room curtains . Both sets 16 years old and now looking like new. Top efficient service, hardworking, pleasant people. The place to go if you have quality curtains you want to restore. The curtains were very large and came back nice and clean but did shrink a little bit. It’s not game changing and was always a possibility that it could happen

I'm based in Auckland and due to lockdown decided to send my curtains to be cleaned by Curtain Clean in Tauranga. The process couldn't have been easier - they organised courier pickup and delivery. The curtains had small mould spots on the back and these spots are completely gone. I also decided to get the curtains lined while Curtain Clean had them. The curtains arrived back in immaculate condition within a week. Amazing service. Great communication and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
