Take Down Service
Take-down (callout) Service
Our technician will come to your house, take down your window dressings and re-hang them once restoration is complete. This service is not available to all areas so please check with your local store.
1) Phone or email us or your Local agent and we/they will make an appointment that suits for a technician to come to your property and remove your curtains.
2) A technician will come and collect your curtains or blinds and arrange for them to come to the Curtain Clean workshop for cleaning. Once cleaned and restored arrangements will be made with you to return the curtains for rehanging at your place.
Arranging for a Take-down Service
There is no minimum or maximum amount to qualify for this service. Charges will apply for time and travel.
Our standard turn once we have the curtains is around time is 3-5 working days.
Repairs and Alterations
If you require alterations to the curtain(s) or specific repairs made please include this on the online booking form
If you require new linings on the curtains, please tell us what type of lining and we will advise you of the price before proceeding.
The account number is included on any invoice we send via Email.
An email will be sent to you once the curtains have been priced and the curtains will be dispatched on payment.

If our technician is carrying out repairs on site, the callout fee plus parts and labour apply.
